- All wood is FSC-Certified and responsibly sourced

Once your order is complete, please go to Etsy messages and contact us at MadeWithMamaCo with the following information:

1.) Attach a photo of your child's handwritten name and artwork. For the best results, make sure your photos are clear and shadow free.
2.) TIP: Dark colored drawings (marker) on a plain white background work best, but we will transfer your artwork as best we can.
3.) Your child's name and age.
4.) Your name and order number.

1.) Wood is a natural, organic material so each piece will have varying grains and patterns. No piece is exactly alike and adds to its individual beauty.

2.) We have done our best to photograph our products as accurately as possible. Each screen displays colors differently, so some slight color variations may occur.

3.) Due to the custom nature of these unique decorations, orders cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled. Returns will only be made if & we have made a mistake with your personalization.

Please allow & 1-2 weeks for custom made products to be completed and dispatched.
